Spring 2026 Semester | Training and Administrative Affairs

Education and Administrative Affairs is responsible for making training preparations for the trainees receive training in TB2, TB3 UAV/UCAV and AKINCI TİHA systems developed as nationally and originally, keeping and classifying the records, preparing general training reports, as well as carrying out assignment activities and personal rights of the personnel. Areas of acitivity of this department include:

• To make training preparations for the trainees, to keep and classify their records, to keep their records in the Training Management System,

• Personal affairs of the personnel working at the Flight Training and Test Center, leave, report, assignment, document recording, filing, archive, document classification, personal file, personnel training activities, sending and receiving documents, etc. Carrying out administrative affairs activities,

• Carrying out interview processes and field intern coordination in coordination with the Human Resources Unit,

• To make supportive training plans given to trainees and to establish the necessary coordination,

• To follow the visa-residence period of the trainees, take the necessary precautions and organize social-cultural trips.

Candidates who are studying in departments of Business Administration-Public Administration, Information-Document Management and similar departments of universities, able to use office programs competently and have advanced English language knowledge, and who want to do an internship in our company's Keşan and Çorlu campuses can apply to this position.
