In this context, the Corporate Procurement Management Team, operating under the Corporate Communications Department, manages the company’s corporate procurement operations. The team supports the identification of required materials and services, manages request processes, and carries out procurement operations efficiently.
By building a strong supplier network capable of offering the best prices and conditions, the Corporate Procurement Management Team conducts its operations through these suppliers. Corporate Procurement Specialists take the necessary steps to secure the supply chain based on the criticality of the goods and services. Since the process involves active collaboration with internal stakeholders such as finance, accounting, logistics, and distribution, competency in internal relationship management is of great importance.
Additionally, the team sets target quality performance levels, monitors performance regularly to meet these targets, and actively contributes to quality improvement processes. Supporting supplier development is also among the team’s priorities.
