Spring 2026 Semester | Quality Management System Engineer

Unit Description:
The Quality Management Unit ensures the establishment, implementation, and development of quality processes in accordance with the organization's Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, AQAP 2110). Certification, internal audits, process performance measurement, supplier audits, calibration management, and quality improvement activities are carried out by this unit.

Activities to be Contributed by Intern Engineers:
• Assist in the preparation, updating, and monitoring the implementation of procedures, instructions, and documents related to the quality management system.
• Participate in the preparation processes of internal audits, management reviews, and certification audits.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement methods such as Process FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to calibration planning, incoming quality control plans, and ERP record control processes.
• Support teams in supplier audits and corrective/preventive action monitoring.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Students studying in the following university departments:

                   Industrial Engineering
                   Mechanical Engineering
                   Mechatronic Engineering
                   Electrical and Electronic Engineering
                   Aeronautical Engineering
                   Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
                   and similar engineering departments

• Teamwork-oriented, open-minded, analytical thinker
• Ability to use MS Office programs effectively
