Conducts workforce planning aligned with the organization's strategic goals, data analytics, and digital HR transformation. Provides decision support to management through reporting and predictive models; develops processes compliant with standards, organization manuals, competency matrices, and digital systems.

Talent Management Team
Attracts the right talents to the organization, supports their adaptation and development, and strengthens employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Engagement: Recruitment, orientation, satisfaction projects.
Talent Programs: Internship programs and "High Altitude" offering development opportunities for young talents.

HR Management Systems Team

Training Management: Training needs analysis, planning, and evaluation.
Training Technologies: Digital learning content and LMS management.
Performance & Career Management: Goal alignment, performance appraisal, career planning, promotion, and rotation processes.

Personnel Administration Team
Organizes employee personnel files in compliance with legal regulations, manages leave and absence tracking, timekeeping, onboarding/offboarding processes. Offers internship opportunities for students studying in relevant departments.

Candidates currently studying or graduated from relevant undergraduate programs at universities who wish to intern in our Human Resources Department may apply to this unit.
