As the Light Platforms Unit, we are responsible for the development of all software, hardware, design and analysis R&D processes of light and adept UAV platforms that can perform reconnaissance, attack, surveillance etc. missions under development within BAYKAR Technology.

Our team consists of 13 teams:

Estimation
Control and Guidance Systems
Autopilot and Smart System Software
Project Management
Design Engineering
Artificial Intelligence and Payload
Structural Analysis

The general qualifications we expect from our "Project Management" team candidates;

Preferably, they should be 3rd or 4th year students in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering departments of universities.

They should have planning and organization skills.

They should be compatible with teamwork.

They should be able to coordinate different disciplines.

They should have problem-solving skills.

They should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project programs.

Our main task in our projects is;

Determining project requirements, targets, budgets, resources within the scope of the project plan -Ensuring coordination between teams in different disciplines
Risk management
Following up the project progress
Following up the subcontractor process
Creating and coordinating test plans
Following up the progress from the conceptual design phase to the transition to mass production.
 

As the Light Platforms Project Management team, we are looking for "Project Engineer" teammates who will support the projects we carry out together with us.
