Spring 2026 Semester | Electronic Systems Project Management

The Project Management teams of the Avionic Systems Development, Electrical Power Systems Development, and Propulsion Electronic Systems Development Groups play an active role in planning and executing the projects of other technical teams within the respective group. This team anticipates potential issues to ensure projects are carried out according to specified timelines and coordinates relevant teams within the group and between units accordingly. Additionally, the team coordinates quality management, configuration management, engineering change management, and requirements management activities between the group and related units.

Application Criteria

To be considered for the Project Management teams within the Avionic Systems Development, Electrical Power Systems Development, and Propulsion Electronic Systems Development Groups, which are responsible for the electrical design, analysis, simulation, fault, maintenance, and testing activities of the aerial and ground systems subcomponents under the R&D activities of Baykar candidates should:

Be team-oriented and possess strong communication skills,
Be open to innovation and development, results-oriented, and have analytical and problem-solving abilities,
Be interested in developing a career in project management,
Be studying or recently graduated from the departments of Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, and Mechatronics Engineering. Applications from candidates studying in other departments will not be considered.
