Unmanned aerial vehicles and subsystems developed and produced nationally and indigenously by BAYKAR; Selection of the right materials and suppliers is critical for R&D testing, design verification, production and post-production processes. The fact that the systems are developed in a cost-effective manner in their product life cycles directly contributes to the sustainability of the systems. BAYKAR Corporate Communications Unit's Purchasing and Supply Management (SATY) unit carries out the company's operations within this scope. Within the scope of unit activities; Studies are carried out to support the determination of the materials to be used in the systems, to manage the demand processes and to carry out purchasing operations. The unit creates a pool of suppliers that can provide the best prices and conditions and carries out its operations with these suppliers. Purchasing and Supply Management specialist takes appropriate steps to secure the supply chain based on the criticality of goods and services. In processes; Engineering teams have to work with internal stakeholders such as finance-accounting, logistics and distribution. Therefore, the Purchasing and Supply Management specialist must have the skills to manage relationships within the company.  The unit also participates in the quality improvement process by setting target quality performance levels and then monitoring performance against these targets, and also contributes to the development of suppliers. Students studying in the fields of Business Administration, Economics and Communication at universities; Can apply for an internship in the Corporate Administrative Purchasing Management unit.
