Concept Development Department responsible for the conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of the aircraft project, the determination of the sub-system in accordance with the requirements of the aircraft, the determination of the manufacturing methods, the structural tests of the aircraft, bill of material and configuration system follow-up of the aircraft that will go into mass production.

During the development, projects are carried out in coordination with the relevant teams.
Among the projects execute as the Conceptual Development Department, there are project such as. Cezeri Flying Car, DİHA (Vertical Take-off UAV), MDİHA (Mini Vertical Take-off UAV).
During the execution of projects, programs such as Catia, ANSYS, Office, Matlab are used.
