Baykar’s Business Development Assistant (BD) is a support position focused on the support tasks of the department contributing to the efficient and effective functioning of the latter to optimize the productivity of Baykar's sales and development activities.
The responsibility of the sales development assistant is to monitor the various KPIs, organize events linked to the department's activity such as travel and guest reception, while remaining in constant contact with all members of the department and being the intermediary with other departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following and coordinating program of BD department activities and organize all wondering tasks with relevant departments to fulfil attends
Lead scheduling and organizing travels of persons with plane, hotel and all needs necessary
Manage the KPI system of department
Responsible of managing the network system of BD department with archiving documents according to internal protocol
Participate in relevant meetings to ensure report of the latter
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Will also have relation some international organism and company to ensure the activity of the department so expected to spend significant time on phone networking and in human contact.
Graduated from university related departments such as Office Management and Executive Assistant, Business Administration
