GENERAL FEATURES

  • Graduated from Aviation Management, Business Administration or Engineering undergraduate departments of universities
  • Having experience in similar roles in defense, aerospace or manufacturing industries
  • Having the ability to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs in advanced level
  • Preferably having the knowledge of Wings MRO System.
  • Having the English skills, strong communication, presentation and reporting skills
  • Focused on service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Having strong planning, quick decision making and coordination skills
  • Having strong communication skills and prone to teamwork
  • Having responsible, analytical-thinking and result-oriented attitudes in a dynamic environment
  • Knowing how to work carefully, meticulously and in accordance with the record archiving system
  • No obstacle to travel or field assignments
  • Having the ability to adapt to flexible working hours in a busy work schedule 
  • To have completed military service for male candidates 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking part in the operation processes carried out based on product support management
  • Carrying out user-based product support requests and providing technical support
  • Management of relevant documentation, costing, archiving and data entry processes related to the contract
  • Carrying out the warranty management operations
  • Monitoring user inventory and preparing availability reports 
  • Controlling the data entries of the processes through the MRO program and providing the necessary feedback
  • Determining strategies to foresee the risks associated with the product support activities and keep the situation under control in accordance with the contract.
  • Periodically reporting the contractual compliance status of the product support operations and preparing presentations to the relevant departments and managers.
