GENERAL FEATURES
• Universities' Industry, System, Machinery, Electric-Electronics etc. Bachelor of Engineering
• Knowledge of basic probability, statistics and reliability concepts and experience working with large-scale data
• Has a general knowledge of basic aviation principles, electronic and avionic systems used in aviation
• Preferably in aviation or high technology sectors, failure tracking, analysis, etc. At least one (1) year of experience in the fields
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs with a good degree and Minitab, SPSS etc. Knowledge of at least one of the statistical analysis software
• Good command of English language
• No military obligation for male candidates
• The Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Part, unit and system based fault evaluation and classification processes
• Failure modes, possible failure scenarios and the internal factors affecting them; and determination of external factors
• Data creation and pre-analysis processes for failure, safety and reliability analysis
• Contributing to the creation of improvement suggestions for R&D processes by taking into account the results of failure analysis, factors affecting the failure, and design needs
