Graduated from Aviation Management, Business Administration or Engineering undergraduate departments of universities
Having experience in similar roles in defense, aerospace or manufacturing industries
Having the ability to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs in advanced level
Preferably having the knowledge of Wings MRO System.
Having the English skills, strong communication, presentation and reporting skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking part in the operation processes carried out based on product support management
Carrying out user-based product support requests and providing technical support
Management of relevant documentation, costing, archiving and data entry processes related to the contract
Carrying out the warranty management operations
Monitoring user inventory and preparing availability reports
Controlling the data entries of the processes through the MRO program and providing the necessary feedback
Determining strategies to foresee the risks associated with the product support activities and keep the situation under control in accordance with the contract.
Periodically reporting the contractual compliance status of the product support operations and preparing presentations to the relevant departments and managers.
