MRO Project Engineer
GENERAL FEATURES
- Graduated from departments of Industrial / Management / System / Mechanical / Aerospace / Aeronautical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Preferably having work experience in the field of Integrated Logistic Support
- Having the ability to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs in advanced level
- Having knowledge about MRO and ERP programs
- Advanced English writing, reading and speaking skills
- Having the ability to prepare and present effective presentations
- Having knowledge about project management programs such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira
- Having knowledge about financial analysis and costing
- Having the ability to read and understand technical documents
- Having the ability to adapt to flexible working hours in a busy work schedule
- Having responsible, analytical-thinking and result-oriented attitudes in a dynamic environment
- Having strong communication skills and prone to teamwork
- No abroad travel restrictions
- To have completed military service for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reviewing the official contracts related to the MRO and converting the requirements into the project schedule
- Establishing coordination with the relevant departments and maintaining the process according to the schedule
- Providing support before/after MRO establishment by making domestic/international physical/online meetings with the customer
- Managing the requirements in terms of material and storage planning based on the projects.
- Organizing site survey activities for control and inspections purposes
- Management of the editing, controlling and publishing processes of the prepared documents
- Workforce planning for MRO center
- Planning and management of repair & maintenance training operations.
- After-MRO establishment product support operations
- Making threat/opportunity analyzes by following the regulation and support programs of different countries
- Creating expense-income models and financial analyzes
- Weekly/Monthly/Annual reporting activities
