Engine Systems - Mechanical Design Engineer
Qualifications:
• BSc in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Internal Combustion Engines
• Proficient in at least one (CAD) design modeling program (Preferably Catia)
• Experience in projects like Reducers and Transmissions
• Having a comprehensive knowledge of tolerances and geometrical scaling
• Has the skill to read, understand and also draw technical drawings
• Fluent in English language
• Result oriented and analytical thinking
• Keen to be a good team member
• Looking for teammates who can adapt to busy work schedule
Job Description:
• Responsible for designing engine mechanical systems used in aviation platforms
• Responsible for the creation of documents describing all manufacturing drawings, assembly and quality control requirements
• Responsible for the designs of special fixtures and components needed in prototype testing and assembly processes
• Responsible for evaluating all deviations in the production, assembly and testing processes of the prototype and mass production stages and to follow the compliance processes
