GENERAL FEATURES

•    Universities Aviation, Space, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Ship or Automotive Engineering etc. Graduated from departments
•    Has knowledge of Strength, Technical Thermodynamics, Machine Elements, Vibration Mechanics and Materials Science
•    Part design in 2 dimensions and 3 dimensions, geometric dimensioning and tolerance determination
•    Preferably with CATIA design program experience
•    Experience in at least one of the dynamic modeling programs
•    Experience in at least one of the structural analysis programs
•    Knowledge of required military and civil engineering standards 
•    With technical English proficiency
•    Able to use Microsoft Office applications at a professional level
•    Composite, aluminum, steel, etc., which are frequently used in the aviation field. Having knowledge and experience about the production and integration processes of the ingredients
•    Has knowledge and experience in the documentation processes related to Bill of Materials (BOM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Project Engineering
•    Able to work in coordination with other teams related to areas of responsibility
•    Analytical thinker and result; focused
•    Not related to military service for at least 2 years

JOB DESCRIPTION

To be assigned in projects such as Mini UAV, TB2, TB3, Akıncı and Unmanned Combat Aircraft that our company is carrying out.
•    Mechanical design of enclosure boxes required for circuit boards that will serve different tasks under engineering concerns
•    Integration interface suitable for aircraft for designed avionics enclosures; design and performance of related strength analyzes
•    Making the necessary vibration calculations for avionics units with sensitive sensors inside and vibration isolation (attenuation) studies of these units
•    Establishing the necessary air-conditioning cycles for avionics units and their needs engineering studies to determine the amount of cooling and heating needed
•   Optimization studies of criteria such as fatigue, life calculations, material selections, assembly and integration ergonomics in system integration throughout the design process
•    Coordination studies with subcontractors related to the works in the field of responsibility
•    After the conceptual, conceptual and detailed design stages, active execution of the process leading to the production of related designs and their integration into aircraft
