GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Having at least a bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or related departments of universities,
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in fairs, events, organizations and guest hosting processes in the Corporate Communications or Public Relations departments of corporate companies,
  • Speaks very good English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, with presentation and reporting skills,
  • Experienced in domestic and international fairs and organization processes,
  • Having strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment and flexible working hours,
  • Preferably experienced in the defense industry and aviation sectors,
  • Having strategic thinking ability,
  • Able to produce creative and innovative solutions,
  • Having problem solving skills in crisis situations,
  • Closely following the developments and trends in the world of communication,
  • No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
  • For male candidates, they have completed their military service or are exempt,
  • There is no obstacle to work in the Esenyurt/Istanbul location,
  • Preferably having a Class B driver's license,

    JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Taking an active role in organizational activities organized within the institution,
  • Creating process planning for external events and organizations, carrying out design activities by coordinating with event agencies, planning the event process, field installation and dismantling processes from start to finish,
  • Planning and monitoring the logistics process of products to be taken to external events and organizations,
  • Carrying out budget management, invoicing and reporting activities in internal and external organizations,
  • Coordinating the processes of hosting high-level delegations and guests,
  • Developing and implementing an effective communication strategy in crisis situations,
  • Attending events in the sector, organizing or participating in conferences,
  • Creating and managing corporate training programs,
  • Planning and managing organizations such as in-company events, conferences and special day celebrations,
  • To follow the defense industry agenda closely.
