It is aimed to measure the insulation resistance to ensure system safety in batteries and power supplies with different ground references used in aircraft and ground systems. In this context, it is planned to investigate insulation resistance and monitoring methods and design the insulation monitoring system between DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-AC. By simulating the system with modeling studies, the operation of the designed system for all scenarios will be checked.
