GENERAL FEATURES

•    Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities
•    Has a total of 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of management in the implementation of Human Resources systems and processes
•    Involved and managed processes in the fields of Selection and Placement (Recruitment), Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Career Management
•    Good command of English
•    Strong communicator, able to manage time and compatible with teamwork
•    Disciplined and highly motivated, with advanced planning and organizational skills
•    Analytical thinking and observational orientation, prone to intense work tempo; the strong
•    Preferably with ERP experience
•   Completed military service or without military obligation

JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Management and development of all processes related to the company's Human Resources (Norm staff planning, Recruitment, job analysis, performance management, career planning and backup, rewarding, training and development, employee satisfaction, etc.) in line with company policies and strategies.
•    Being the leader in the creation of corporate culture; Conducting studies to make employees adopt corporate values, the company's mission and vision, ethical principles and leadership competencies
•    Making planning by determining the competency and training needs related to the positions
•    Creating/updating procedures and reporting on behalf of Human Resources
•    Managing the training system and ensuring the implementation of continuous training and development programs in line with the organizational development needs and priorities of the company
