General Features
· High school or Vocational School graduate,
· At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and stock management of materials, intermediate products and products,
· Good command of MS Office programs
· Preferably with production experience in the Electrical - Electronics industry,
· Preferably able to use active forklift,
· Preferably with knowledge of ERP software,
· Willing to work in a team,
· Strong communication skills,
· Residing or able to reside on the European side of Istanbul,
· We are looking for teammates who can adapt to the intense working tempo and flexible hours.
Job Descrıptıon
- Ensuring that the materials coming to the warehouse are transported and placed in appropriate locations
- Keeping and archiving the invoices and waybills of the materials
- To create warehouse entry and exit, material acceptance records, to prepare delivery note documents when necessary
- Ensuring that all material requests are prepared appropriately and on time
- To ensure that the materials are shipped from the warehouse to the relevant location within the company
- Ensuring that warehouse and shipping operations are carried out in accordance with the company's quality policies
- Performing and monitoring routine counts of warehouse stocks
- Receiving and controlling material returns, creating relevant records
- Ensuring the order, cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, maintaining the warehouse equipment and fixtures
