QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, or Electronics and Communication Engineering,
- Belief in the importance of developing a technology of critical importance to our country, such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, as national and original,
- Experience in analog and digital circuit/system design,
- Preferably experience in design with high-performance processors, SoCs, or FPGAs,
- Preferably experience in embedded software with C/C++,
- Knowledgeable in electromagnetic compatibility,
- Preferably knowledgeable in communication interfaces such as RS232/422/485, CAN-Bus, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, and PCIe,
- Developed projects using Altium Designer, LTSpice, Matlab, or similar tools,
- Preferably experience in digital design with VHDL/Verilog,
- Able to perform thermal and signal analysis of electronic card designs,
- Preferably experienced in developing electronic hardware compliant with military or civil standards such as MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, etc.,
- Proficient in using tools such as JIRA, Canias, etc.,
- Experienced in participating in all stages of the product development life cycle (Requirements, Design, Prototype, Test, Technical Support),
- Proficient in technical English for research and documentation,
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and idea generation skills,
- Team player,
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours in a fast-paced environment,
- Preferably knowledgeable about the Defense Industry and Aviation sector,
- Completed military service for male candidates or deferred,
- No travel restrictions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for the hardware design and testing of avionics designed for computer systems,
- Creating hardware design architecture and writing lower-level system requirements,
- Managing the design, test, production, and integration processes of the designed hardware,
- Conducting hardware simulations, performing test processes, and analyzing and reporting results,
- Conducting environmental condition tests such as MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810 and EMC certification tests, and preparing reports,
- Supporting the improvement of hardware designs by conducting analysis and tests for problems and issues that occur during testing and in the field,
- Ensuring effective coordination with other software, mechanical, production, integration, and system management units,
- Contributing to the creation of the most optimal design to meet the needs by evaluating reports from other design disciplines.
