GENERAL FEATURES
•  University or Associate Degrees Graduates from related departments 
•  Preferably having at least 3 years of work experience in the field of Maintenance Management
•  Having the ability to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs
•  Having knowledge of MRO and ERP programs
•  Preferably having knowledge about aeronautical electronics and mechanical systems
•  Good command of English (B1 Level +)
•  Having strong planning, quick decision making and coordination skills
•  Having strong communication skills, being prone to teamwork, disciplined, careful and successful in human relations
•  Having responsible, analytical-thinking and result-oriented attitudes in a dynamic environment
•  Having the ability to adapt to flexible working hours in a busy work schedule
•  No obstacle to travel or field assignments
• Male candidates to have completed military service

 

 JOB DESCRIPTION
• To plan and follow-up the line level maintenance/repair activities of the delivered products
• To provide necessary engineering support throughout the logistic support process of products and services
• Planning maintenance activities and controlling in accordance with regulations / standards
• Preparation of annual periodic and predictive maintenance plans, as well as preparing maintenance instructions
• Carrying out unplanned maintenance activities and monitoring the operations
• Carrying out the maintenance / repair / update activities of the products by establishing coordination with the workshops
• Recording planned maintenance statistics periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• Managing technical documentation processes such as user books, maintenance books and spare parts catalogues
• Carrying out user and maintenance trainings at the factory or abroad
• Providing feedback to design departments according to failure analysis
