 Archive and Documentation Technician

  • Graduated from Civil Aviation Transport Management, Office Management and Executive Assistant, Information and Document Management, etc. programs. 
  • Had experience for processes such as archiving and documentation in the aviation, automotive and defense sectors at least 1 year 
  • Preferably with basic aviation knowledge, 
  • Interested in the aviation and defense industry 
  • Be able to use MS Office programs at a good level, 
  • Prone to teamwork, 
  • Principled of careful and meticulous work, flexible and adaptable to busy working hours 
  • Be able to master and develop filing and archiving methods, 
  • For male candidates have completed military service or do not have a military service payer, 
  • Preferably someone who has previous experience in at least one ERP program, 
  • Colleagues who may or may not reside in Istanbul are being sought. 


Job Description 

 

  • Provision of aircraft integration forms to technicians 
  • Archiving and editing of completed aircraft integration forms, 
  • Tracking of aircraft integration materials over the ERP system, 
  • Keeping a record of personnel information, 
  • Organization, protection of documents and information needed by unit managers, keep records making it accessible in the computer environment,
  • To make notes on the daily plan and material status during meetings.
