Production Planning Engineer
GENERAL FEATURES
• Has a bachelor's degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering from leading universities in Turkey or the world
• Analytical and communication side strong, planned and able to work as a team
• Needs of production activities Experienced in (resource, material, equipment, etc.) planning, creation of business units production schedules and production control
• Experience on ISO9001, AS9100 quality standards and operation
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the production departments of defense, aerospace or automotive companies
• Knowledge of ERP, familiar with databases
• Good command of English
• Interested in aviation and defense industry, open to development
• No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Creating master and detail production plans and work orders,
• Following planned and actual production status and reporting periodically
• To make production performance evaluations, to prepare and report KPI reports
• Method and time study in production processes; çsupporting their work
• The processç To carry out and develop new analyzes and studies related to production for development activities
• Continuously working in coordination with other departments and conducting studies for the effective and efficient realization of business processes
• Supporting the efforts of commissioning new projects by participating in R&D activities
• Preparing production tree (M-BOM) by working with R&D and production teams, following the changes and reflecting them on production, keeping the information on ERP up to date, material planning forward to their teams
• Creating and updating production routes in the most efficient way
• Following up the necessary materials in order to execute the work orders, sharing the deficiencies and coordinating with the material planning and purchasing teams
