GENERAL FEATURES
•  Graduate of Industrial / Management / System Engineering or Business Administration department
•  Preferably having at least 2 years of work experience in the field of Integrated Logistics Support
•  Having knowledge of MRO and ERP programs
•  Having knowledge of Reliability, Availability and Sustainability
•  Having the ability to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs at an advanced level
•  Preferably having knowledge in the field of statistics
•  Having the ability to read and understand technical documents 
•  Having the ability to adapt to flexible working hours in a busy work schedule
•  Having responsible, analytical-thinking and result-oriented attitudes in a dynamic environment
•  Having strong planning, quick decision-making and coordination skills
•  Having strong communication skills and being prone to teamwork
• Male candidates to have completed military service

 

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Periodic analysis and reporting of discrepancy records in the MRO program
• Notifying the R&D teams of the feedback based on a result of the error analysis, ensuring coordination, and keeping the current error library up to date.
• Periodic extraction, analysis and reporting of key process indicators such as MTBF, MTBCF, and MTTR
• Following the Readiness Rates as a result of the analysis of the failure and MTTR data
• Opening, publishing and keeping-up-to-date business cards of Technical Publications in the MRO program
• Monitoring the planning and supply of resources to be used in all fields for Technical Publications
•  NATO stock number document supply, apply and follow-up processes
• Monitoring, analyzing, reporting flight data and all related records
• Planning maintenance activities and carrying out controls in accordance with regulations / standards
• Planning all annual and predictive maintenance plans and related maintenance instructions
• Carrying out unplanned maintenance activities and monitoring the operations
• Carrying out the maintenance / repair / update activities of the products by establishing coordination with the workshops
• Diagnosing and repairing the products from the customer, providing technical support to the incoming notifications and carrying out the shipment processes
• Using the Failure Reporting Analysis Corrective Action System (FRACAS) by carrying out liaison engineering activities for user problems to ensure continuous improvement of the product and support 
• Managing technical documentation processes such as user books, maintenance books and spare parts catalogues
• Carrying out user and maintenance trainings at the factory or abroad
• Determining the needs of Spare Parts, Consumables, Ground Support Equipment, Special Tool Kit, Test Devices
