Summer 2026 | Preschool Teacher

Job Description:

The preschool teacher is responsible for organizing planned activities and developing educational materials to support the physical, mental, and emotional development of children. They closely monitor the individual development of children, conduct assessments, and prepare individualized education plans when necessary. The teacher maintains regular communication with parents, providing information about the children's development process and creating a safe, healthy learning environment. They keep up-to-date with innovations in the field of education and integrate them into lesson plans.

The intern will be responsible for supporting teachers in daily activities, assisting with the care and play processes of children, contributing to the preparation of educational materials and helping to maintain classroom organization.

Expected Qualifications :

  • A current student or recent graduate with at least a bachelor's degree in Preschool Education/Child Development,
  • Interested in the field of preschool education,
  • Strong communication skills with children, patient, and cheerful,
  • Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn about the Montessori approach,
  • Willing to work with Montessori materials in 1-3 years and/or 3-6 years age group classes,
  • Basic proficiency in using educational technologies,
  • Effective and constructive in communication with students, parents, and teachers,
  • Able to support teachers in classroom activities,
  • Attentive to cleanliness, order and safety regulations,
  • Open to learning, adaptable and committed to teamwork,
  • Possesses a positive work ethic and discipline,
  • Flexible with working hours,
