Senior Project Engineer (International Projects)

GENERAL FEATURES

  • Graduated from Engineering departments of universities 
  • Experienced in PMI project management processes, scope, budget, resource and schedule management. PMP certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading international projects.
  • Ability to lead projects from definition to roll-out and to implement process improvements throughout the organization.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Advanced English knowledge in both written and oral is must.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver program plans and enable successful completion of program milestones by working with international stakeholders.
  • Manage program timeline, scope, dependencies, budget and risks to meet program objectives. 
  • Lead organization members in the completion of program tasks.
  • Interface with other functions, stakeholders, program staff and internal/external experts as required.
  • Perform earned value analysis in order to monitor and control the schedule and budget performance.
  • Promote professional project management approach within the organization to create a culture which results in successful projects.
  • Work with Program Manager to implement business strategies into project plan.
