Electrical Power Analysis and Architecture Development Engineer

General Qualification

• Graduated from Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunications Engineering departments of universities,
• Experience with analog and microcontroller-based circuit design,
• Experience with power distribution circuit design and analysis,
• Familiar in semiconductor technology and circuit modeling,
• Experience with power distribution system control methods for aircraft,
• Proficient in establishing test setups, planning test processes, and reporting,
• Preferably Experience with aircraft main power distribution systems and control,
• Experience with computer-aided multilayer PCB design,
• Familiar in electromagnetic compatibility,
• Proficient in at least two of the following programs: MATLAB, Simulink, PSIM, and LTSPICE,
• Familiar with communication protocols such as RS232/422/485, CAN-Bus, SPI, I2C, Ethernet,
• Preferably familiar with military or civil standards such as MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, DO-160 (Sections 16-18),
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours,
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and understanding),
• Willing to travel,
• Residing in or able to relocate to Istanbul.

Job Description

• Designing safe main power systems and distribution systems in compliance with aviation standards for aircraft platforms within the Baykar organization,
• Performing electrical power analysis and designing power components according to platform requirements,
• Planning and conducting test processes for components used in power distribution systems,
• Perform hardware improvement activities in power distribution systems,
• Developing autonomous control algorithms for power distribution systems,
• Analyzing data obtained from integration and flight tests of aircraft,
• Troubleshooting faults in power distribution systems.
